Bridging the Opportunity and Skills Divide

Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology offers amazing opportunities for career enhancement to learners of all ages, from youth to adults. We do this by educating people for skilled technology and trade careers that are in high demand in our local market so you can step into the thousands of available jobs. In this period of historically low unemployment, there are still vast opportunities to match under-employed talent to roles that will boost their income and job satisfaction. Whether you are fresh out of high school, just completed your GED, or have been in the workforce for decades and want to reskill or upskill to change careers, we can prepare you for a fulfilling technical career that leads to economic advancement.

How companies and community groups engage with us

  • We work closely with more than 100 corporate partners to develop diverse talent pipelines that connect our highly trained students and graduates with exciting work. These partnerships take the form of apprenticeships, internships, scholarships, co-ops, and other programs that enable our students to forge connections that lead to careers with a future.
  • We offer a wide range of affordable, flexible workforce development programs in partnership with companies and community organizations to ensure that their greatest assets—their employees or members—stay ahead of industry trends to boost productivity, employee satisfaction, and support recruiting and retention efforts.
